to be fair mate, i know he shouldnt have to worry about leaving his bikes out in his garden, but in this day and age, little shit kids will nick anything, or even druggys looking for a fix, sadly you cant trust anyone these days. although I wouldnt leave £1250 worth of bike unlocked on my front garden for more than 10 seconds. and i live in a quite neighborhood. has he claimed through his insurance? he will have to pay excess (£50-200 normally) but worth it in the long run. thats if he can claim. just a thought
